Our Information Centres provide up-to-date information on British Council services throughout Pakistan and receive more than 8,000 enquiries per month. Over the last year, our enquiry centres in Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi and Peshawar have answered more than 90,000 enquiries through telephones and e-mails.

We offer research support through our online library and through the British Library Document Supply Service, which provides students and researchers with articles and abstracts from the British Library’s extensive collection of British and international publications.
